The OREX Project Has Launched
As a result of successful negotiations at the end of 2005, OREX and Mind System Consulting Ltd. signed a general contractor agreement for the implementation of a complex enterprise management system, including the introduction of SAP and an upgrade of the associated retail system. In the first phase of the project, starting in early January 2006, Progadat Ltd.’s retail system will undergo hardware and software upgrades, affecting all 42 retail units of OREX
Simultaneously, the preparatory work for the SAP system implementation will begin in mid-January 2006. Following the implementation of mySAP ERP 2004, not only the central commercial and administrative processes but also the stores will be directly connected to the SAP system, with non-sales transactions being recorded there.
The project is scheduled for completion in August 2006.
