New Fashion Retailer Joins Our Client List – Retro Jeans
Retro International Kft., a leading player in the fashion industry in Hungary, has initiated the implementation of the Mind-Retail-Fashion solution for fashion retail and wholesale. Known for exclusively representing brands like Retro and Replay, Retro International has rapidly become a key player in domestic fashion, boasting 20 owned stores and numerous franchises.
The company’s rapid growth highlighted the need for a modern IT system, leading to the decision to implement the Mind-Retail-Fashion solution in collaboration with New Deal Trading Kft. Currently, the project is in the preparatory phase, including situation assessment. The implementation will cover not only administrative and wholesale processes but also provide advanced IT support for the retail network. Notably, the new software environment will be based on the Linux operating system with MaxDB database management, a setup preferred by Mind System Consulting Kft. for its long-term benefits.
Given that Retro International Kft. also operates stores in the Czech Republic and Poland, the goal is to manage multiple companies within a single system, allowing different subsidiaries to operate on the same database. By the project’s end, online connectivity between the various subsidiaries and the central headquarters will be established.
